Scholarships and Awards

The following Scholarships and awards are made available to 4-H members, usually after filling out an application and successfully completing an interview process.

Clover Foundation Scholarships

The Clover Foundation Scholarships are available to 4-H and FFA members who are High School seniors and above. Each year's winner may receive up to $1000; additional awards may be given. The application is available below, or call 408-395-1821, or email David.G.Peck@sprint.com.

 

Santa Clara County 4-H Club Council Memorial Scholarships

Each year the Santa Clara County 4-H Council offers up to 3 scholarships, the top being in the amount of $500. Must submit record book and app at time of record book judging 1st week of July. Contact the Council President for Application and other information.

 

Santa Clara County 4-H Club Council Leadership Merit Award

Each year the Santa Clara County 4-H Council presents up to 10 awards to youth who have shown outstanding leadership as a Junior or Teen Leader in a project in the previous year.
Award recipients receive a medal and a gold patch to wear behind their Jr./Teen Leader insignia on their hat.
Rules for applicants:
1) Any member in good standing who has completed one year of junior/teen leadership is eligible to apply.
2) This is recognition for one year's service, only. Each year a member applies does not piggy-back on last year's accomplishments.
3) Application is due September 15.
