Must have hand washing station outside petting zoo.
Service for hand washing at last year's fair was a problem.
Fair exihibitor info handed out: fees paid so far -> $500.00
Shelby has volunteered to call clubs to ask them what animals they will bring
Food Service will be available at the fair from Monday night on through to Sunday Night.
Any animals brought for petting zoo will not be staying overnight.
Fair hours are noon to midnight each Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
We may be able to cut back the available animals at about 9 or 10.
Poultry needs to be inspected.
Animal owners or their representee must stay with animals throughout the time the petting zoo is open.
No animals will be allowed to be driven in or out during fair hours.
Contact Eileen to get forms for animals that will be brought in and out of the fiargrounds each day -> "Animal Release"
Lara Carey to write article for the TT.
Posters can be brought to hang on the outside of the fencing surrounding the Petting Zoo.
Ideas that were discussed: Fee based or donations. Fee for container of feed pellets for individuals, and the donation bucket as well.
Clean up after the animals -> rake and wheel barrow.
No feed for the animals. Too many different controlled feeds for the different animals and herds.
Donations come to the county council, but half the donations are returned to the clubs at a pro rata basis.
Outside the petting zoo will be an information table which also needs to be "manned."
Lights at night? Power for a printer for pictures?
