Reccomendation was made that one youth be elected from each section (4 total) to participate on State Council exec board, which meets night before the regular council meeting.

Jenel is looking for someone else to coordinate Presentation Day next Jan.
Suggestions for how to prepare the members for Presentation Day: Have a workshop on how to create a demonstration or presentation; presentations should be taught within each and every project; lack of invitation to State Fair may be a factor in low turnout in presentation day.
Leadership development – advanced training

Tom and Mary did a great job with the day. 18 people showed up. Participants were encouraging to have this type of training.
One of the items was the calendar issue. Too many things going on in 4-H.

Fe - will be reducing her time contributed to the club 4-H program in the county

Clover camp coordinator will be a staff postion next year, with an application process as well.
The number of campers is limited because of the number of chaperones, the size of the facility.
